  1. How do I place an order?
  • Please select the items from our various collections (fruits, hampers, snacks etc), add to cart, select delivery date and place an order.
  • You can choose to create an account to keep track of all your orders or checkout as guest
  • PAYNOW is the preferred payment mode. Post placement of an order, you may make a PAYNOW transfer to our UEN 202023687Z [YOLOFRUITS PTE LTD] and inform us via whatsapp [+65 93846236] with a payment screenshot.

 

  1. How do I check my order details?
  • Please refer to your email inbox for order details.
  1. What is the minimum order and delivery charges?
  • Minimum order S$40, with S$9 delivery fee
  • Free delivery above S$60 for all locations, except Sentosa, Jurong Island, hospitals and CBD*
  • Free delivery above $80 for Sentosa, Jurong Island, hospitals and CBD*, below which, S$10 delivery fee

*Central Business District (“CBD”) – postal codes with first 2 digits from 01 to 08.

 

  1. When will you deliver after order placement?
  • We deliver Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays, between 1-6pm (+/- 1 hour). We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Additional closure dates will be reflected on the top banner of the website.
  • We will try our best to deliver all fruits fresh and will get in touch with you on the next available delivery slot.

 

  1. Can I place an advance order?
  • For orders placed 2-3 days in advance, it will be subjected to fruits availability. In the event of a sold-out fruit, we will get in touch with you on alternative fruits. 
  1. Do you do islandwide delivery?
  • We deliver to most locations, except hospital wards. Please chat with us if in doubt, before placing an order. 
  1. Do you do same day or next day delivery?
  • We will try our best to deliver all fruits fresh and will get in touch with you on the next available delivery slot. Same day or next day delivery is not guaranteed. Please chat with us if in doubt. 
  1. Can I select a specific delivery timing?
  • Our drivers follow a schedule and coupled with traffic conditions; we are unable to advise on specific timings you will receive your fruits.
  • Extra charges apply for specified time slots – please chat with us if in doubt.

 

  1. Can I opt for self-collection?
  • We only do deliveries, there is currently no self-collection option. 
  1. How do I request for a refund?
  • We apologize that the fruits that you received are less than ideal. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details. 
  1. Can I cancel my order?
  • Please reach out to us if you would like to cancel your order. For change of mind purchases, we may charge a cancellation fee and the net amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please reach out to us via whatsapp at +6593846236.
  1. Will Yolofruits sell my personal data?
  • We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Please read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. 
  1. Can I specify the items I will like to include in a hamper?
  • If you have fruits in mind, please select them from the Fruits collection, select a basket or box and we will do the wrapping.
  • Fruits in our Hamper selections are not fixed and are customizable to fit to purpose, recipient demographics and preference (as advised by sender).
