Product description
We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products available for purchase through the Site. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to fruits' nature, photo lighting condition, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Rotten fruits are considered defects. Fruits with blemishes are not considered defects. Please specifically remind us if you would like pretty non-blemish fruits.
Minor variation in size of product is not considered a defect. As fruits are from nature, it is impossible to ensure all the items you receive are of the exact same size.
We try our best to test all fruits and advise on taste and sweetness. However, as fruits are from nature and human taste buds vary, we are unable to accept any returns due to taste differences.
Return process
Please check through your purchases once you receive them and you have 6 hours post receipt to inform us of any incorrect, missing or defective items. All images or videos sent to us regarding dissatisfaction are valid for the first 12 hours and further damages thereafter will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@yolofruits.com or whatsapp us at +65 93846236 with your name, email, order number, contact number, date of delivery and picture of the item in question.
If the item is deemed defective by Yolofruits - store credit, product credit or refund will be issued. Where store credits are issued, such store credits will expire after 30 days. Where product credits are issued, similar fruit(s) or one of equivalent value will be sent in the next order, within the next 30 days. Yolofruits reserves the right to decide to issue store or product credit. All refunds will be made through the original payment method and it may take up to 7-14 days for refunds through credit cards. In certain circumstances, we may deduct the shipping fee before a refund is issued. Our shipping policy of minimum spend post any store credits apply.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are strictly not eligible for returns or refunds:
- All SALE items
- Products from the "UGLY FRUITS" section
- Customized baskets
- Change of mind purchases
- Gift cards
- Products that are opened (eg. biscuits) or consumed or cooked
Exchanges
Exchanges for defective items may be made solely at Yolofruits discretion and convenience.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be refunded through your original payment method. In certain circumstances, we may deduct the shipping fee before a refund is issued.
Change of mind purchases
In case you change your mind after placing an order and wish to cancel, we reserve the right to levy a service charge on the order and the balance will be refunded to your original payment method. Refund processing time is dependent on the payment processer (paynow, credit card etc). Alternatively, we can offer a store credit valid for usage within the next 30 calendar days.
