Shipping policy

 

  1. What is the minimum order and delivery charges?
    • Minimum order S$40, with S$9 delivery fee
    • Free delivery above S$60 for all locations, except Sentosa, Jurong Island and CBD*
    • Free delivery above $80 for Sentosa, Jurong Island and CBD (postal codes with first 2 digits from 01 to 08), below which, S$10 delivery fee.
    • The above are nett of any store credits or promo codes

 

  1. When will you deliver after order placement?
    • We deliver Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays, between 1-6pm (+/- 1 hour). We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Additional closure dates will be reflected on the top banner of the website.
    • We will try our best to deliver all fruits fresh and will get in touch with you on the next available delivery slot.

 

  1. What if no one is home to receive the fruits?
    • Please ensure someone is home to receive the fruits or gifts on the day of delivery
    • Should there be no answer to the delivery, fruit box will be left at doorstep and a picture will be sent to recipient.
    • In case of failed delivery or delivery to incorrect address (as advised by sender), re-delivery charges apply. Re-delivery slot is subject to availability. 
    • In case sender wishes to plan surprise delivery, and if the recipient is not around to receive the gifts, YOLOFRUITS' liability ends when the gift is delivered and placed at doorstep. A picture will be taken as proof of delivery. 

 

  1. Do you do islandwide delivery?
    • We deliver to most locations, except hospital wards. Please chat with us if in doubt, before placing an order.

 

  1. Do you do same day or next day delivery?
    • We will try our best to deliver all fruits fresh and will get in touch with you on the next available delivery slot. Same day or next day delivery is not guaranteed. Please chat with us if in doubt.

 

  1. Can I select a specific delivery time slot?
    • Our drivers follow a schedule and coupled with traffic conditions; we are unable to advise on specific timings you will receive your fruits.
    • Extra charges apply for specified time slots – please chat with us if in doubt.

 

  1. Can I self collect?
    • We only do deliveries, there is currently no self-collection option.
